Dr. Mark Barlow MD, Plastic Surgeon in Houston, Clear Lake, Texas

Welcome! I'm Jenna! I answer the telephone during our clinic hours! I am a part-time member of Dr. Barlow's team. I'm a mother of two small children and I feel I have the best of both worlds. I get to spend quality time with my children, allow them an opportunity to connect with other little ones, and now the opportunity to feel relevant in the workforce by carrying out the vision Dr. Barlow and our practice leader/patient advocate, Eileen, have created in caring not only for our patients but also for our team.

I first met the Barlows because my mother is a patient! What I want you to know is that she is not a cosmetic patient but a wound-healing patient. I watched my mother try to access a decent level of care that no one else seemed eager to provide for her. In fact, it was after one of my mother's many visits to Dr. Barlow's office that she suggested I contact Eileen about a part-time position. I'll never forget what she told me: "Jenna, they use their business to build people instead of using people to build their business."

To say that I love my job is the understatement of the millennium! I talk about it with such passion that I think some of my friends and family are just a little envious! I enjoy being part of this team, participating in your care, and your day all while our team supports me in living a life with God first, family second, and career third. I hope you can just hear my joy and visualize my smile when I answer, "Good afternoon, you've reached Dr. Barlow's office, this is Jenna, how may I help you?"
