Hello, I'm Carol. While my title says "Business Manager", I wear and have worn many hats here as we have built our team along with Dr. Barlow's practice.

Initially, I was the Medical Patient Coordinator, for all of our reconstructive (primarily cancer, trauma, hand, wound and burn) patients. I came to that position with absolutely zero experience, but I did bring my huge heart, a tremendous work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and desire to learn and grow. It is so gratifying to invest at least eight hours a day in an environment where I feel appreciated and encourage to grow. Dr. Barlow's faith and trust in my abilities means so much to me and I was so proud that he gave me the position of Business Manager. Even though we all feel that every team member is responsible for every patient's experience, our roles often dictate which patients we have the opportunity to interact with the most.

So, in the past, my deepest relationships were with our Medical Patients. Now, I have the pleasure of interacting with both cosmetic and medical patients. While I'm busy working behind the scene generating your quotes, ordering your garments or implants, negotiating your rates with the hospital, managing accounts receivable and payables, and interfacing with our third-party billing provider, I'm here for you on a personal level too. So don't be surprised to hear me answering phones, walking a prospective patient through the cosmetic procedure, or assisting Dr. Barlow with you in an examination room.

I look forward to serving you. When we get it right, it not only changes our patient's lives, it changes each one of us for the better.
